The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and a nice big bath. The location in the city centre is convenient, especially for football fans. Room was surprisingly clean and new-looking. We checked in late and had to be at the airport early. Staff arranged for airport taxi. Free light breakfast in the lobby, when we came down at 0500. Room was quiet, a good feature for us light sleepers. Lift in lobby required our room card for entry, nice for security.
We were assigned the wrong room type than what we ordered online. When the error was pointed out, however, it was promptly corrected with an apology. Strange bathtub drain plug, which required a really strong pull to remove. Carpet in room seemed to be the only thing not replaced during recent renovation.. Digital thermostat showed room temperature setting which we lowered, but the air from the vent continued to blow the same room temperature air. Not a big deal since we could have opened the window slightly for cooler air.

the only thing i liked in the hotel is the proximity to the airport
i reserved a twin room, when i got to the hotel they told me they don`t have any twin rooms avalible because all the rooms were ruined by a group of teenagers the night before (i don`t know if it`s the truth it sounds like an excuse to me). to make things wors they gave me a handicapped room wich was extreamly uncofertable (everything was knee high). the breakefast was poor. to sum up, after staying in the same chain of hotels in london twise before it was a huge dissapointment!

the location was right in the city centre, near a shopping mall, which made it convenient for exploring. the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size. the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. the service was good, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. the hotel also had a restaurant called Thyme, where the food was tasty. it was a pleasant experience.
The hotel had a minor issue with the shower's water flow and temperature fluctuations.

What a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was also a huge plus, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An added bonus was the free parking, making my stay even more convenient and stress-free.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side and lacked electrical sockets, which is a bit impractical in today's day and age. the WiFi connection was quite poor, making it difficult to do any online work or even basic web surfing.

Located near the heart of the city, this hotel is a great value for its price. the rooms are clean, well soundproofed and there's free parking nearby. the breakfast options are quite diverse and freshly cooked. the staff is efficient and helpful.
The bathrooms are a tad small, and the air conditioning system might need some maintenance. the hotel's location can be a bit noisy and crowded during the weekends.
